(hereinafter, "Perumercado") we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Law No. 29733, the Peruvian Personal Data Protection Act, its Regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS, and other applicable Peruvian regulations.

The controller of the personal data collected through perumercado.com is Perumercado S.A.C., with tax ID 20612345678 and registered office at Av. Javier Prado Este 1234, Suite 502, district of San Isidro, province and department of Lima, Peru.
2. Data we collect
We collect the following personal data that you voluntarily provide through our forms: name and surnames, email address and, optionally, additional contact details. We also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type and navigation data via cookies, as detailed in our Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes of processing
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes: (i) managing your request to access the financial education program; (ii) contacting you to schedule guidance sessions; (iii) sending you informative communications related to the program; (iv) complying with applicable legal obligations; and (v) producing anonymous statistics on the use of the site.

The processing of your data is based on the free, prior, express and informed consent you provide when completing our forms, as well as on compliance with legal obligations and Perumercado's legitimate interest in providing the service.

Your data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the indicated purposes and, in any case, for the periods required by applicable Peruvian regulations. Once the legal periods expire, the data will be blocked and subsequently securely deleted.

We may share data with technology providers acting as data processors under contract and ensuring an adequate level of protection. We do not carry out international transfers without the safeguards required by the National Personal Data Protection Authority.

You may also file complaints with the National Personal Data Protection Authority of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.

We adopt technical, organisational and legal measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or destruction, including TLS 1.3 encryption, role-based access control and periodic audits.
9. Changes to the policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The current version will always be available at perumercado.com with the date of the most recent update.
