These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the website perumercado.com, owned by Perumercado S.A.C., and the information and financial education services offered through it.

Accessing the site implies the full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, we ask you to refrain from using the site.
2. Purpose of the service
Perumercado provides content, digital tools and informative guidance on financial education and planning. The service is informative in nature and does not constitute, under any circumstances, an individualised investment recommendation, tax or legal advice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution will be submitted to the Judges and Courts of the judicial district of Lima, unless consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.
